1)      All writers are required to fill out an application that allows us to review their information and previous work.

2)      A team member will review the applicant’s information and determine what the proper fit is into our network.

3)      A dialogue will be started between our company and the applicant to further discuss our company and agree upon a mutually beneficial working relationship.

4)      Our now new team member will receive login information into our project management system which will handle all accounting, order flow, client communication and project management.  Additionally, the team member will be required to submit their pricing information into our system to keep an updated profile of their pay rate and what they would like to earn. 

5)      Projects will be posted into our system that display project information, deadlines, and pay rate.  Our system will post only projects that you have been approved to work on and from there a writer can choose to accept the project and begin working immediately or not take the project. Our system is built to allow people who want to work the hardest to earn the most money!

6)      Our system will keep constant track of money earned, client contact information and current projects.  The money earned will be shown on a gross revenue basis, when your paycheck arrives it will be the gross revenue amount minus the percentage that we as a company earn.  This amount is on a case by case basis and will be determined upon discussion with your team manager.

7)      We continue working and earning together!
