What are you looking for in potential staff members?

As we have a wide array of products and services that we offer to clients we are looking for writers that fulfill a need within our system.  Some writers are able to work 24/7 and are ready to work on a project at any moment, some compete on price and can deliver quality at rock bottom prices, and some writers are award-winners in their field and command top dollar.  We are looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy their work and will treat their job with the same respect that we treat all of our writers.

Why is Writers Needed just an application page and what company is this run through?

For starters, it is much easier to communicate with writers from one central location then having writers apply on our network of sites and coordinate from there.  Additionally, we like to be able to screen through potential staff prior to showing our proprietary backend system and get a feel for what the value-added service they will be providing and how we can work together.  As for not displaying our company name, there are some projects that this does not apply to, but depending on the service being provided sometimes there are confidentiality issues that need to be addressed prior to joining our team and receiving access to our system.  For the majority of staff this does not apply but it is much more convenient for us as a company to handle all writers applications through this site.

What should I expect after filling out an application on Writers Needed?

Within 24 hours one of our Account Executives or Team Managers will review your information, look at your resume and work provided and get a feel for how we can work together.  After reviewing your information, someone from our team will contact you and begin a dialogue and give you more information about us and what to expect from us.  If both parties feel working together will be mutually beneficial you will receive login information into our system and can begin working on projects.

What are the deadlines and pay rates?

All deadlines and pay rates are indicated within our project management system.  When looking at orders within our order management system, you will see information detailing exact project information, time to completion, cost to client and other pertinent information.  You will then have the option of selecting the project and begin working or requesting more money from the client.  All amounts quoted to our writers do not include our percentage, which is dependant on the writer and is a case by case basis.

How can I expect to receive payment?

Our system was built to accommodate our writers and the various methods they choose to receive payment.  All writers are 1099 (contract) workers and are responsible for their own taxes and are not withheld by us.  All payment to writers is handled by ADP (Automatic Data Processing) the #1 company is providing payroll services and ensures all payments arrive on-time and in the manner you choose.  Our system was built to service our staff and provide confidence in our timely payments, however there are two cases in which we withhold payments. First, writers are expected to provide our clients with exemplary service.  In cases where clients’ deadlines have not been met or service was unacceptable and revisions were as well, if there is a refund to the client it will come out of the writers pay.  Second, this should never be an issue but if a writer is found plagiarizing he will receive no pay from our firm and any and all legal action available will be taken.  We expect all of our staff to live up to the highest standards of work ethics.
